Plastic recycling

We are very excited to be launching a new project in collaboration with UNBC Sustainability. We will be re-shaping post-consumer plastic into new and useful items, some of which will form the basis for new maker materials and projects.
What you want

(From some of the first people interested in our community at our maker mixer). We commit to listening to our membership of local makers. Our goal is to offer the tools that people need and the workshops that people want to attend. To do this, we need active participation; please tell us what you would like to do, the tools you would like to see at the Maker Station, and the workshops you would like to take (or teach!)
Coming soon: The Northern BC Maker Collective is coming to Prince George soon

The Northern BC Maker Collective is coming to Prince George soon at our new makerspace, the Maker Station! This is the landing page of our website, which we plan to fill with our biggest projects, and will be a place where people can see what's happening at the MakerCollective. Here is where you will be able to find links to our current workshops, see our tools, where to find us, and how to become a member. If you would like to be on the main email distribution list to stay in the loop, send an email to: northernbcmakercollective@gmail.com

We have a newly purchased Elegoo Centauri Carbon (shown here), in addition to basic hand tools and shop equipment. We are accumulating more tools as funding allows and once we receive feedback from members as to which tools are most helpful.
This home page will be a list of our greatest projects linking to pages all about them
